On May 7, 2019, the International Research and Practice Conference: “Science and Education: Expanding the Horizons of International Cooperation” will be held at the Center for Mediterranean Universities (Nice, France). The sponsors of the conference are the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service (IPACS) RANEPA and the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS).
The panel meetings and debates will be attended by prominent Russian and European scientists and researchers of academic institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as foreign and Russian universities. The topics of the debates will be as follows: “The Nature and the Human Being: What One Can Expect in the Near Future?”; “Science and Education: Creation of the Common Space of Confidence”; Innovative Ecosystem: a Remote Prospect or Reality?”; “Smart City: New Standard of Decision-Making”.
