Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education, announced the list of organizations participating in the “Priority 2030”* program. 191 institution of higher education applied to participate in the program, and only 106 made it to the final list. NRNU MEPhI, RUDN, RANEPA and ITMO University, which are participants of the Russian-French University, are among the winners.

In addition, the Council for Support of University Development Programs declared the results of the selection among 54 Universities for a special grant within the Priority 2030 program. 46 Universities have been selected, including three members of the Russian-French University:
  • The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration is a member of the “Territorial and (or) Sectoral Leadership” track;
  • National Research University ITMO and National Research Nuclear University MEPhI were selected in the “Research Leadership” track.

*The Priority 2030 program is the largest university support program in the Russian history. The goal of the Priority 2030 program is to build a diverse cohort of universities that will become leaders in developing new scientific knowledge, technologies and solutions to be implemented in the Russian economy and social sector.
