Congratulations to Sergey Sibikin, student of the second year of the faculty of Regional studies of the Institute of Public Administration and Civile Service of RANEPA, winner of the Federal competition «Dictation 2018».
Sergey surpassed 450 competitors from 23 educational organizations partners of Alliance Française.
Sergey and other 10 laureates were awarded by the diplomas of the competition and will spend two weeks of internship in France.
